Robert E. Farrell, Senior Vice President, Fresenius Medical Care

Mr. Farrell is a senior executive with Fresenius Medical Care (FMC), the world’s leading renal therapies company with annual revenues in excess of $6 Billion. FMC provides dialysis services to approximately 110,000 patients in its over 1200 clinics worldwide and it is the clear leader in the development and manufacture of technology and products for the treatment of renal disease and other medical conditions requiring extracorporeal therapies.

Mr. Farrell has been with the FMC organization for thirteen years and has broad management experience spanning finance and operations, business analysis, technology assessment, sales and marketing, government reimbursement, strategic planning, business development, licensing and acquisitions functions. In his tenure at FMC Mr. Farrell has held the positions of Vice President of Finance, Vice President National Account Sales and Vice President for Strategic Business Development. Concurrently Mr. Farrell also served as Business Unit Compliance Officer for the Products Division in regards to its Corporate Integrity Agreement with the U.S. Government.

Mr. Farrell currently has full executive and P&L management responsibility for the company’s subsidiaries US Vascular Access Holdings, LLC, which operates dedicated ESRD vascular access intervention centers and performs diagnostic imaging and evaluation of vascular access; Renaissance Healthcare Inc., which provides comprehensive disease management services to commercial insurance payers to improve renal patient outcomes and reduce total healthcare spending for these payers; and Fresenius Medical Care Health Plan, Inc., a Medicare Advantage Insurance Plan specifically designed for patients with End Stage Renal Disease, which has been created under a demonstration project with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Mr. Farrell received an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a BS in Accounting from Richard Stockton College.

Dave’s is currently responsible for all day to day operational activities at RHC, which include, Nursing Field Operations, Call Center Operations, Sales, Marketing, Account Management and IT. Dave is also responsible for all Sales, Marketing, Nursing Field and Call Center Operations for FMCHP.

Dave was COO at Optimal Renal Care (ORC), another Renal DM provider, until it merged with RHC in 2006. Prior to the COO role, Dave started with Renal Research Institute as Director of Business Development while simultaneously serving as VP, Sales and Marketing for ORC. While at RRI, Dave was one of the people primarily responsible for establishing the RRI academic partnerships with: the University of Michigan, the University of Rochester, the University of North Carolina and the Albany College of Medicine. Dave has been with FMC for 12 years as RHC, ORC and RRI all joined the FMC family of companies.

Dave’s experience before joining FMC included owning his own dialysis center company called Global Dialysis Initiatives, which was purchased by RRI in 1996. From 1986 until 1994 Dave worked at Baxter Healthcare’s Renal Division. Dave won the “Regional Manager of the Year” award in 1992. Prior to that award Dave won top sales awards in four different years.




Stephen D. McMurray, MD FACP

Dr. McMurray is a graduate of Indiana University Medical School and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology .He practiced nephrology for 31 years at Indiana Medical Associates, a 35-physician multi-specialty group in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was one of the founding members of Renal Care Group and was a member of its board of directors until Fresenius Medical Care acquired Renal Care group in April of 2006. . He is a past member of the board of directors of the Renal Physicians Association and served on the Medical Review Board for network 9, 10 for many years. He has served as medical director for Fresenius Medical Care health Plan for the last two years. He has been active in the nephrology community and has published articles relating to the provision of cost effective quality medical care.




Director, IT and Software Development
Darrell Kauthen

Darrell is the Director of IT at Renaissance Health Care and Director of Software Development at Fresenius Medical Care North America. He is responsible for IT operations and support at Renaissance and software development of clinical systems at Fresenius. In his capacities with Fresenius, he led the designed and construction of a patented touch screen point-of-care system for Fresenius dialysis clinics. Prior, Darrell has held a number of positions with Disease and Case Management service organizations providing business process reengineering, business analysis, software construction and support.

Chris Bruccolieri RN, MA

Chris currently serves as the Director of Operations. Her responsibilities include management of both clinical and non-clinical call center operations. Prior to Chris’ current role she served as the West Coast Regional Manager for Renaissance Health Care. Prior to joining Renaissance Chris held a variety of management positions within the dialysis community over the last 20 years, including Regional Manager, Fresenius Medical Care North America and Assistant Vice President Vivra Renal Care. Additionally, Chris has served as Director of Nursing of acute and Long Term Care psychiatric facilities.

Becky A. Lee RN

Becky Lee is currently responsible for the management of Renaissance Health Care and Fresenius Medical Care nursing staff, located remotely throughout the United States and also for FMCHP call center nurses in the Renaissance Corporate Call Center in Broomfield, Colorado. She joined the Renaissance Health Care team in 2002, and has background as Regional Manager for Northwestern, Central and Southern regions of the US in oversight of Field Care Managers. She is a Certified Nephrology Nurse, with a renal background as Regional Educator, Interim Facility Clinical Management, Acute and Chronic Incenter Dialysis staff and charge nurse. She is also currently on the faculty with Clover Park Technical College for the Certified Dialysis Technician Training program in Washington State. Becky Lee partnered with Nephrologist Vo Dang Nguyen's dialysis team in Washington State with the Fistula First Program in 1996, and by 2002, Northwest Renal Network had adopted his approach for the Network's VA Quality Improvement Program as mandated by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Prior to her renal experience, Becky Lee served in an impoverished community in a variety of nursing capacities, such as OB/GYN, labor and delivery, ER, Coronary Care, Pediatric, Med/Surg and Family Practice.
